Work significantly impacts your quality of life. If you're unhappy at work, you aren't likely to be happy, period. Since Paula's work all boils down to teaching people how to make conscious creation work for them, she brought a career expert on the show to offer a wide range of advice for women who want to advance in the workplace.
Today's guest is Jennifer Swope, a third-generation owner and Chief Operating Officer of the Swope Family of Dealerships. The Swope family has owned and operated the auto group since opening its first location in Elizabethtown, KY, in 1952. In 2022, Jennifer was named one of Automotive News' 40 Under 40 for her outstanding leadership and significant business achievements. She prides herself on leading by always putting people first and embraces the Swope RITE way of operating with respect, integrity, trust, and enthusiasm.
Since returning home to Central Kentucky and joining the family business, Jennifer has renewed her commitment to the growth of her community. She currently serves as chairwoman of the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Foundation Board and on the boards of the Knox Regional Development Alliance and the Elizabethtown Hardin County Industrial Foundation. She strives to make an impact on the industry by serving on the Kentucky Auto Dealers Association board and the Hyundai Regional Dealer Council.

Paula's January 22nd episode of Thought Snob Live, which airs on TikTok each Wednesday at 2 pm EST, was about handling yourself with people you don't like. Notice this episode is about handling yourself, not the people you dislike. Paula's work is always client-centered, and this workshop is no different.
To raise awareness, she teaches you the dangers of closely associating with toxic people and those you dislike. Once you are aware, she shows you how to manage sticky situations, such as when you must be around someone you don't like frequently. As Paula says during this episode, "This is serious business." And it is, so pay extra close attention this week!

If you're an aspiring author who feels called to write and publish a book but is clueless about how to make your dream come true, this episode is for you.
Paula invited her friend and Chopra Center colleague to the show to discuss a resource they created for new authors - the Aspiring Author's Summit. Melissa and Paula are pretty frank about what they've gone through to get their books out in the world, and you might be shocked by some of the things they have been through.
Dr. Melissa Carver is a doctor of philosophy, Chopra-certified instructor, author, speaker, and all-around badass. Learn more about her here: https://drmelissacarver.com/.

Paula's January 15th episode of Thought Snob Live was about activating the vagus nerve. Since her Thought SNOB method is designed to help people heal through various modalities, a workshop-style lecture about the vagus nerve is fitting.
Our bodies are wired to heal, and this week's episode teaches you how stimulating your vagus nerve daily activates your body's innate healing powers. Paula's techniques are super easy, and you can use them without spending one penny. Plus, they are discreet. You can use them anytime, anywhere, and any place without anyone knowing what you're doing.

Amber Wardell, PhD, is a cognitive psychologist, a contributor toPsychology Today, and an internet personality. Her book, Beyond Self-Care Potato Chips: Choosing Nourishing Self-Care in a Quick-Fix Culture, is one of Paula's favorite self-help books because Amber doesn't sugarcoat life or offer quick-fix gimmicks that never work.
Paula and Amber hashed out self-care and what it really is. You will leave this episode with actionable advice and examples of realistic and fulfilling self-care practices. And guess what? Paula and Amber have also had to learn how to love themselves at one point or another. Soak up their vulnerability and wisdom.

Paula says that meeting people like Carly Brinkman makes the whole madness of social media worthwhile. A message from Carly on Facebook united her and Paula. Although they had never met before this interview, Paula felt she had known Carly for years.
Carly Brinkman is a writer, podcaster, and coach. Her brand, On the Brink, is all about connection. She wants you to feel safe, seen, and heard as she offers snippets from her life so you don’t feel so alone. On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, Paula taught a meditation technique during her weekly TikTok show, Thought Snob LIVE! This week, her workshop is being aired as a podcast episode so her technique can be available to everyone!
You have inner wisdom but aren’t taught how to access it. Paula walks you through a process you can use daily to get the correct answers. You don't get the correct answers when you fall into the trap of asking other people for advice. No one knows you better than you, but your inner wisdom gets muffled by employers, the news, social media, friends, family, and society in general.
Her blended technique combines self-reflection, breathwork, and visualization, which creates a powerful meditation practice. Practicing this daily produces life-changing benefits, which include, but are not limited to:
Reduce Inflammation
Increase Longevity
Let Go of Limiting Subconscious Beliefs
Activate Parasympathetic Nervous System
Enhance Conscious Creation Effectiveness
Heal at a Cellular Level
Release Stress
These benefits make you feel better, and when you feel better, you attract better people, places, things, and experiences.

Paula describes her time spent with Heather Bryant as "fascinating," "truly inspirational," and "incredibly insightful." No one has a story quite like Heather's. After barely surviving a toxic corporate world working environment, Heather's life took a significant turn when she realized she could get psychic downloads and channel messages from the other side.
In this episode, Heather is entirely forthcoming about how the corporate world nearly destroyed her health, but when the Divine revealed her life purpose, her health was restored, and her life changed forever.
Today, Heather uses her gifts to help people worldwide align to their mission and purpose, understand their soul contracts and the life blueprint their soul created for them before incarnating so that they can step into their mission and help to create the new earth paradigm.
